Machinery to measure EMF /ELF levels

Anybody got any machinery that could compare the EMF/ ELF levels between two bodies?Or measure the EMF/ELF levels on someone's body?

Wex will not remove the EMF/ELF unless its being exposed to the public with proof thats someone's body is subjected illegally to high levels of EMF/ELF.

To force me to run around the world, the NSA agents not only burnt my eyes to cause me semi blindness,and they tried to make me homeless by forcing me to get my partner to sell his house. They are selfish because if I run about the world and become homeless,they will get more commissions as they are hired to do such a job.
