Sent people to pretend to offer me a job and meet but didn't turn up.

The NSA agents from velvet.exchange / wex / btc-e sent people on friendship apps to pretend to be rich to offer me a job and then ask to meet but don't turn up.They have been doing this several times already.
This person is Jay at first his photo is a fish then he changed it to cash bills.
























































Nsa agent sent spies in the app to find out information about me.













 7.15pm,after one hour the gangstalker didn't turn up.



After 4 hours the gangstalker replied again admitting he is a prankster.

I told him I will be posting him online and he said thanks.
